Giving to Camp Cascade
Stream of Life
The Stream of Life bridge is complete and makes a beautiful entrance to the lodge. Its purp
ose is to allow friends of Camp Cascade to remember their loved ones by having their name engraved on a rock that will be placed in the stream. The funds raised with these rocks will be used for further improvements at Camp Cascade.
Friends of Camp Cascade
One time gifts or monthly donations can be made to Camp Cascade. These donations will be used to fund development projects at Camp Cascade. If you would like to be one of the many Friends of Camp Cascade, please fill out the Donation Pledge Card.
Memorial Giving
We currently have two ways to purchase specific memorial items. If you would like to donate funds other than our specifc items in memory of a loved one you can talk to us about a specific project or donate to the general fund.
Stream of life stones
For a minimum donation of $250 we will engrave your loved ones name on the stone and put it in the stream of life. We completed the stream in May 2009 and had a beautiful dedication service in September of 2009. We are now ready to recieve orders for stones. If you would like to order a stone or need more infomation please email cindy@campcascade.org for a form.
Memorial Benches
For a minium donation of $500 we will build a memorial bench for your loved one with a small engraved plaque with their name on it. We currently have 6 benches and they are placed around the camp to give a location for quite time or a place to set and visit with friends. If you would like to order a bench contact cindy@campcascade.org for more infomation.
Designated Giving
Gifts can be made with a specific purpose in mind. You can choose from our master list of Needs and Requests for Camp Cascade and give accordingly.
Specific Camp Projects
Currently, we hope our next building project will be a Chapel. We feel we would need $100,000 to begin construction.
Annual Auction
The annual auction is held in March at one of the local Free Methodist churches and is a big fund raiser for Camp Cascade. We gather together for a wonderful dinner and great evening of fun and entertainment as we try to out bid our friends for the great items donated by a variety of people. Memorial and Endowment
Memorial and Endowment giving can be given in your will through the FM Foundation. For further information please contact Tom Greco at (208)860-9296.
