Our Mission
Our mission is to provide opportunities for people of all ages to encounter God while experiencing rest, renewal and recreation through the ministry of Christian camping.

We think camping in God’s creation gives you an environment that promotes awe at God’s beauty and time alone with the Creator to enrich your spiritual life. We hope the time spent with God in fun and the fellowship of others will refresh and renew your life.
You are invited to enjoy the hospitality of our year round facility. We offer a rustic, private camping experience with all the necessities of home. We are here to provide you with great meals, a clean facility and the quietness of a retreat as you experience the rest, renewal and recreation you desire.

Camp Cascade offers camps and retreats to individuals of all ages. We make our facility available for rental to churches, family reunions, schools, non-profit groups, civic organizations and other secular groups in keeping with our values and principles of a Christ-centered life.

Camp Cascade’s 10 acres was received as a donation by Bruce and Elaine Bartlett of Caldwell, Idaho, in 1976. Development first started in 1981, with power hook ups for RV camping and a few out houses. Our first building was the bathhouse in the early 90’s. This was a great first start and is still used today with men’s and women’s facilities that include 4 showers, 4 sinks and 4 toilets. Next, we had a competition between the churches to build the 4 original cabins. The “field of dreams” began with 1 acre of grass. Currently, we have 4 volleyball nets and our summer groups use it for everything from kickball to slip and slide baseball to shaving cream fights. That dream is still a work in progress. In 1999, we began the building process again with 5 new cabins and a lodge/dining hall and kitchen facility. This facility is used for dining and worship and the kitchen and an upstairs apartment for our managers. In 2005, we started on the Matthew cabin which is a 4-plex that is complete with bathrooms and showers. We have future plans but are wating on you and the Lord.
